He is survived by: his mother Wilma Strunk Cook; his sons, Travis Cook (Samantha McKee) of Richmond and William Shane Cook (Sara Beth) of Morehead; his siblings, Troy Cook (Reza), Jenny Lynn (Dave) and Pauletta Campbell; his grandchildren, Autumn Cook, Grayson Cook, Maggie Cook, Ada Cook and Lilly Rae Guerrero; his stepdaughters, Crystal Neal (Delbert) and Robin Tolson (Anthony Ping); and his stepgrandchildren, Jiraiya Neal, Desirah Neal, Christian Neal, Kendra Baugh, Skye Ping, Devon Tolson, Deiondre Hendrix, Hunter Smith and Idalis Phelps. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
