He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Foster and Roxie Singleton Foster; and his brothers, Cecil "Red" Foster, Jr., Billy Foster and Robert "Bob" Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Marie May Foster; his children, Jerry D. Foster (Ladene) of Berea and Judy Foster of Richmond; his brothers, Rev. Frank Foster (Ruby) of Richmond and Don Foster (Lisa) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Jerry Keith Foster (Becky), Jason Foster (Tara) and Amy Hoover (David); and his great grandchildren, Josh Foster, Willard Foster (Kylee), Sara Foster, Jacob Foster, Savannah Neal, Keith Foster, Courtlyn Hoover and Kaitlyn Foster. He is also survived by several great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
