He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lowery and Jeanette Lowery; his wife Betty Lowery; his son Barry Lowery; his granddaughter Jennifer Lowery; and his siblings, Roberta Johnson, Lillian Gray, Carol Hull, Doug Lowery, Sonny Lowery, Bobby Lowery and Pete Lowery.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Lowery (Bonnie Lowery) of Richmond; his siblings, Rose Christopher of Somerset and Jimmy Abner of Richmond; and his grandchildren, Melissa Clark, Jeffery Lowery (Joy Lowery) and Robert Lowery.
