With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wendell Eugene Means of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on July 11, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orbin Means and Lola Hale Means; and his siblings, Steve Allen Means, Johnnie Means, Roger Means, Bev Means and Nannie McElroy.
He is survived by: his wife Rickie Parker Means; his children, Wendy Lynch (Sidney) and Adam Means (Tischa); his siblings, Hubert, Bruce Means, Bernice Henderson (Bill), Mary Hurt (Jim) and Vickie Means; and his grandchildren, Sidney Lynch, Jr. (Odessa), Whitney Means, Kristie Lynch (Kacie), Avondia Means, Adam Kristopher Means, Cloe Means and Aubrey Francis. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other extended family and friends.
