He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Poore and Beatrice Logan Poore; and his son Paul Poore. He is survived by: his children, Ruth Ann Davidson, Crystalann Conover and Virgil Poore Jr.; and his grandchildren, Malissa Hendrix, Shannon Damrell, Ashley Reeves and Noah Conover. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475).
