He was predeceased by: his father Luther ''Bud'' Goins; and his siblings, William D. "Billy" Goins and Lucille Feck. He is survived by: his wife Anna Lowery Goins; his children, Billy Ray Goins (Sylvia) of Richmond, KY and Joanna Arrowood of Richmond, KY; his sister Margie Revel (Shirley) of Richmond; and his grandchildren, Helena Ann Coyle, Sara Rae Leach, Jason Dale Arrowood and Kellie Jo Rearick. He is also survived by five great grandsons; one great granddaughter, several nieces and nephews.
