He was predeceased by: his parents, John McCarty and Regina "Mae" Meehan McCarty. He is survived by: his daughters, Cortney McCarty and Alexandra Gabbard (Devin); his grandson Ross Gabbard; his brothers, Michael McCarty (Cathy), Patrick McCarty (Denise), Kevin McCarty (Nancy), Kerry McCarty (Connie) and Jay McCarty (Bonita); his former wife Marla Ross McCarty; and his brother-in-law Mark Ross. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
