He is survived by: his children, Brett Kelley (Brandi) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Haley Kelley (Garrett Ogden) of Nicholasville, KY; his siblings, Larry Kelley (Peggy) of Richmond, KY and Kathy Kelley (Jimmy Dale) of Carlisle, KY; and his grandchildren, Kyrstin Kelley, Trey Kelley and Jaxton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
