He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foley and Mariane Quinn Foley; his children, Matt Foley (Lisa) of Richmond, Christine Ann Foley-Worrell of Lexington and Kenneth Paul Foley of Richmond, Kentucky; and his friends, Fred Gooch and Jerry Henson.
He is survived by: his brother Patrick Foley; his grandchildren, Timothy Matthew Foley III (Jasmine), Meghan Lee Foley Broaddus (Todd) and Ashley Ann Worrell; and his close friends, Mark Ward, Jimmy Dale Williams, Bill Bastin, Brad Mills, Jerry "Gator" Foster, Vickie Foster, Connie Lawson and Bill Jennings.
In Lieu of flowers donations are suggested to St. Marks Catholic Church.
