She was predeceased by: her parents, Sid Rawlins and Louise White Rawlins; her close friend O'Neal Winkler; her siblings, James Rogers Rawlins, Lena P. Singer, Evelyn Jones and Eddie "Cornbread" Rawlins; and her nephew Julius "Kimball" Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Michael W. Rawlins, David "Buck" Winkler (Tammy), Ricky N. Winkler (Amanda), Stevie Winkler (Julie), Eddie Winkler (Stephanie), Tiffany Brinegar (Todd), Ann Winkler and Janet Whitaker; her siblings, Tom Rawlins (Cindy), Sid Rawlins (Norma) and Nancy Stamper; her brother-in-law Russell Singer; and her grandchildren, Cheyenne Rawlins, Amanda Winkler, Craig Whitaker (Aubin), Maverick Florence and Kenzi Witt. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
