He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lewis and Gertrude Lewis Waco Ky. He is survived by: his children, Brandy Lewis Daniel, Chris Lewis (Alisha) of Mt. Vernon and Brittany Dargavell Richmond Ky; his sisters, Ruby Smith (Carl B.), Carol Tipton (Manford) and Sandra Dargavell; his brother-in-law Greg Dargavell; his grandchildren, Paige, Rebekah, Emily Daniel, Haleigh, Harper Lewis and Chloe Dargavell; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Tipton, Tiffany Fields (Tommy), Buster and Allan Dargavell; and his friends, Robbie Sallee (Michelle) and Ricky Frye (Tonya).
Due to complications from Coronavirus restrictions there will be no public service and cremation Ceremony will be at a later date at Manse Cemetery Paint Lick, Ky.
