With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy Brinegar of Richmond, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Lee Johnson Sr. and Alberta Powell Johnson; and her siblings, Deron Welch Johnson and Melissa Ruth Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Edgar "Neil" Rhodus and Jessica Rhodus Cocanougher (Jeremy); her siblings, Kenneth Lee Johnson Jr., Rose Anne Johnson, Donna Johnson Cruse and Terri Louise Boggs (Sandy); her grandsons, Daniel O'Neil Rhodus and Elijah "Jase" Cocanougher; her great grandchild Kira Rhodus; and her stepmother Joy Cox Johnson.
