We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2023, at the age of 86, Shirley Burns of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Garrard, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Enos Combs and Virginia Conn Combs; her husband Charles Burns; and her sisters, Trudy Guinn, Ruth Hacker and Ruby Mae Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Burns of London, KY and Kimberly Caudill (Keith "Bo") of Richmond, KY; and her grandchildren, Zachary Caudill, Lee Caudill, Logan Caudill and Emily Caudill.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Hospice Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY.
