He is survived by: his mother Michelle Wainscott (Daniel) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his fiancée Heather Denton of Richmond, Kentucky; his sons, Leonidas Daniel of Richmond, Kentucky and Alexander Daniel of Richmond, Kentucky; his siblings, Tyler Hedrick of Whitley City, Kentucky, Joseph Wainscott of Whitley City, Kentucky, Adam Wainscott of Whitley City, Kentucky, Michael Wainscott II of Whitley City, Kentucky, Ayden Smith of Whitley City, Kentucky and Shyanne Pritchard of Whitley City, Kentucky; and his grandmother Sue Daniel of Delta, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
