Russell Barclay Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Griggs Barclay; and his siblings, Robert Barclay, Raymond Barclay, Alma Katherine Barclay and Betsy Barclay Cochran.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Noe (Roy), Russell Barclay (Judy), Florence Jones (Kyle), April Barclay and Jackie Barclay; and his brothers, Harry Barclay and Jerry Barclay. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rosedale Baptist Church (411 Westover Ave, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY in his honor.
