She was predeceased by: her husband Bro. Frank Foster; her parents, Dan Russell and Edith Eades Tribble; and her sister Sue Renfro. She is survived by: her children, Frankie Foster (Colleen), Ricky Foster (Anita) and Terresa Weyhrauch (Ernie); her grandchildren, Jeremy Foster, Carrie Foster, Matthew Foster (Maddie), Felisha Reynolds (Zach), Jason Valentour (Nikki), James Weyhrauch and Joseph Weyhrauch; and her sister Janet Dixon. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
