He was predeceased by: his parents, William H Clark and Effie Fowler Clark. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Martin Clark; his children, Carol Clark Willoughby (Bobby) and William Ray Clark (Winona); his grandchildren, Lauren Gold (Evan), Brent Willoughby (Hannah), Mariah Allen (Nick), Mikki Clark and Madison Willoughby; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Andy, Owen, Chloe, Clayton and Samuel; and his sister Beverly Fultz (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
