It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Neal McKinney in Richmond, Kentucky, born in Garrard, Kentucky, who passed away on July 24, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Hughes and Minnie Begley Hughes; her spouse Turner McKinney; and her siblings, Helen Tucker, Jean Miles and Barney Hughes.
She is survived by: her sons, James Neal (Dawn Marie), Fred Neal (Robin) and Walter Neal (Linda); her stepdaughters, JoAnn Hickey (Junior), Vernice Lainhart (Alfred) and Jean Newton; and her grandchildren, Melissa Brashears, Kristy King (Jimmy), Heather Blaylock (Kevin), Tish Langford (Jake), Chad Neal (Coleen), Monica Bothman (Chris), Justin Neal (Tina) and Brittany (Doug).
