It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Surplus of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Surplus to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Surplus and Olive Surplus; his brothers, Arthur and Carlton; the mother of his children Ruth Surplus; and his wife Dr. Jean Craig Surplus.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Ruth Tedeschi (Frank) and Melanie Anne Garner (Stephen); his grandchildren, Frank, Alyssa, Adriana, Carissa, Francesca and Charity; his great grandchildren, Max, Savannah, Lucian, Lily, Lorenzo, Willow, Arabella and Beatrice; his friend Rita Price; and also, Abigail and Alexander.
