He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Ratliff and Wilma Lone Hall Ratliff; and his son Steven Lewis Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Derham Ratliff; his son Dustin Wayne Ratliff; and his siblings, Mark A. Ratliff, Richard Garland Ratliff (Tonya) and Yulanda Switzer (Roy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
