He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Mullen Sr. and Dorothy Mullen; his daughter Shawna Mullen; and his brothers, Billy and Pat.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen Howard; his daughters, Ashley Newkirk (Brent), Alison Himes (Aaron) and Tina Ferrera (Eddie); his siblings, Tim Mullen and Cathy Owen; his grandchildren, Heather, Taylor, Kai, Ellie and Emmy; and his pet Trudy. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
