It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robby Hoover of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Ray and Jacqueline Hester Hornsby Hoover; his wife Pamela Sue Hoover; his children, Blake Douglas Hoover, Samantha Brooke Lainhart and Alyssa Shianne Wilson (Cody James Wilson); his siblings, Robert McConnell (Monica), Tabatha Denise Coffey and Amy Michelle Hylton (Brad); his grandchildren, Charles Liem James Wilson, Harper Noel Wilson and Colton Douglas Wilson; and his parents-in-law, Roberta Jean Sims and Alex Sims. He is also survived by three nieces; and one nephew.
