He is survived by: his close friend Tammy Collins; his children, Anna Seals (Michael) of Fairfield, Ohio and Raymond D. Bell (Danielle) of New Richmond, Ohio; his stepchildren, Aaron Freitas (Amy Frick), Keoki Freitas (Erin) and Josh Freitas; his siblings, John Collins (Sharon), Hershel Collins (Cathey), Doug Collins (Karen), Walter Bell and Jackie Bell; and his grandchildren, Ireland Bell, Joshua Sutton, Liam Freitas, Cody Frink, Collin Frick, Caden Frick, Kyleigh Freitas, Mila Freitas, Keoni Freitas and Zeke Freitas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
