It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond Belin Otero Sr. (Richmond, Kentucky), who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Otero and Emma Gonzalez Otero; his daughter Anita Otero; and his siblings, Charles Otero and Anita Pace.
He is survived by: his sons, Ray Otero, Jr. (Kim) of Union, KY and Bryan Otero (Helen) of Versailles, KY; his grandsons, Nathan Robert Otero (Annie Otero) and Matthew Ryan Otero (Julie Beck-Otero); his close friend Cindy Hamilton; and his sister-in-law Barbara Otero.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Mark Catholic Church (608 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
