He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Neeley and Jessie Mae Richardson Neeley; and his siblings, Mary Catherine Neeley, Maude Moberly, Dorothy Rodmaker and Steve Neeley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Powell Neeley; his children, Doug Neeley (Ruthann) and Aunita Neeley; his sister Diane Segada (William Miller); his pet Oreo; his granddaughter Ashley Reeves; and his close friends, Havanna Thacker and Eric Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
