It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Priscilla Cooper Badgett of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Cooper and Beatrice Redford Cooper; her siblings, Wanda Fay Cooper and Edward; her sister-in-law Peggy Cooper; her brother Kenneth Cooper; her brother-in-law Frank Goode; and her nephew Jeffrey Cooper.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph C. Badgett, Jr.; her daughters, Jill Van Tassel (Joel) of Lexington and Julie Badgett of Richmond; her siblings, Agnes Cooper of Allen Park, MI, Barbara Goode of Frankfort, Patricia "Patty" Emerson (Kent) of Dunnville and David Cooper of Creston; and her siblings-in-law, Carole Kruse of Frankfort, Dr. Tom Badgett (Rachel) of Louisville and Ruth Ann Shaw (Bob) of Frankfort. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
