She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Perkins and Mattie Hendrix Perkins; her husband Raymond Neeley; her brothers, Floyd Perkins, Jr. and Tommy Perkins; and her pet Homer Luster.
She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Chism, Shanda Foley (Allen) and Jimmy Ray Neeley (Rod); her siblings, Ronnie Perkins (Wanda) and Emily Keller (Clyde); her grandchildren, Michael Chism (Margaret), Bobby Chism, Keeley Cooper (Logan) and Kimball Foley (Madison); and her close friends, Louise Rhodus, Brenda Luster, Terry "Mammy" Lawson, Brenda Fain, Jenny Rhodus Mink and Brenda Rhodus. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
