She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon L. Blake and Mildred Viola Howell Blake; and her brother Vernon Leroy Blake II. She is survived by: her husband Dale Lawrenz; her children, Tracy Lawrenz Lamb (John) of Richmond, KY and Brett Lee Lawrenz (Courtney) of Richmond, KY; her brother Jonathan Blake of Clearwater, Florida; and her grandchildren, Carter Lamb, Shelby Lamb, John Tucker Lamb and Piper Lawrenz. She is also survived by numerous cousins, and extended family.
