With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nora Lee Tibbs of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on March 4, 2023 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father John T. Townsend; and her sister Thelma Jean "Sam" Meadows. She is survived by: her mother Thelma Faye Fraley Townsend; her son Adam Desi (Celeste); her grandchildren, Bentley and Abigail Desi; and her siblings, John Townsend, Jr. (Tina) and Carolyn Veger (John). She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
