He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Mason Glenmore Pope; his wife Marilyn House Pope; and his former wife Peggy Quinn Pope. He is survived by: his children, Anne Lindsay Pickens, Mason G. Pope II and Mila Quinn Dobnicker (Dale); his grandchildren, Katie Pickens (Zach), Elizabeth Pickens Herrick (Derek), Ryan Pope, Michael Pope, Drew Dobnicker and Lindsay Dobnicker; his great grandchild Lincoln Pickens; his stepson Andy Criner (Janie); his sister Glenna Mason Harris; and his friend Ginny Streeter.
