He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Masters and Grace Clark Masters; his wife Diane Crawford Masters; and his sisters, Thelma Blake and Kathy McNatt.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Masters, Scott Masters (Monica) and Lisa Hart (Scott); his siblings, Leslie Masters (Jessie Marie), Wilbert R. Masters (Pattie), Donald Masters (Becky), Bernice Masters, Myrtle Berry, Ada Brandt and Mary Donahue (George); his grandchildren, Henry Masters (Nicole), Chance Standiford, Sam Masters, Riley Hart, Braxton Masters, Hartley Masters, Joe Masters and Lucas Hart; and his close friends, Kellis Metcalfe, Deann Metcalfe, Peyton Metcalfe, Noah Metcalfe, Logan Metcalfe, Olivia Metcalfe and Eli Metcalfe.
