She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Welsh and Vic Welsh; her uncle Glenmore Jones (Carolyn); and her cousins, Jimmie, Carol Ann and David.
She is survived by: her sister Sara Van Slyke (Don) of Owensboro, KY; her nieces, Elizabeth Higginbotham (Nathan) of Brentwood, TN and Kathryn Sparks (Ryan) of Louisville, KY; her great-nephews, Graham, Reid, Cole, Sebastian, Luca and Jude; and her cousins, Paula, Julie, Bonnie, Alan, Jon, Kent, Sydney, Mindy, Wayne and Robert.
