She is survived by: her children, Carla Sue Neeley Layton (Mark), Frank Curtis Neeley (Charlotte), Mark Monroe Neeley (Robin) and Charles Jennings Neeley (Nicole); her sister Janice Eppert; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Layton, Emily Layton Calvert (Jadon), Madisyn Neeley, Landon Neeley, Brody Neeley, Logan Neeley and Gaige Neeley.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
