She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Thomas Tudor of Richmond; her parents, Lorine Warner Lipscomb and Lyman Parrish Lipscomb of Dayton, Ohio.; and her siblings, Joyce Beasley (Sterling) and Larry Lipscomb (Margaret).
She is survived by: her siblings, James Parrish Lipscomb (Doris), Billy Lipscomb (Lynn), Debby Lynn LeBlanc (Sam), Fred Lipscomb and Cynthia Jane Schmerber (David); her daughters, Mary Thomas Tudor Emanuel (Larry) and Jennifer Lynn Tudor; and her grandchildren, Mary Clay Yelton (Taylor), Mason Thomas Tudor Hamrick, Elijah Hoskins, Kaitlyn Nicole Emanuel, Johnathan Riley Emanuel and Tristan Blake Emanuel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
