She is survived by: her children, Danny Wayne Powell (Teresa) of Richmond, Jeffrey C. Powell (Christina) of Garrard County, Deborah Kay Coffey (Ernest) of Garrard County and Venessa Carol Cheek (Kevin) of Garrard County; her brothers, Newt Carpenter and Cron Carpenter; and her grandchildren, Ashley Hensley, Amanda Hall, Adam Powell, Cassaundra Hubbard, Devin Cheek, Caleb Powell, Caitlin Scott and Levi Powell. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
