With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luther Cruse (Richmond, Kentucky), who passed away on August 16, 2018 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Ricky Cruse; his grandson Brett Benton; and his brothers, Junior Cruse, Paul Cruse, Charlie Cruse, Ernest Cruse and James Cruse.
He is survived by: his spouse Ella McIntosh Cruse; his siblings, Ralph Cruse of Richmond, KY, Fletcher Cruse of Berea, KY, Floyd Cruse of Richmond, KY and Pauline Neal of Richmond, KY.; his daughters, Les Cruse (Gayle) of Lake City, FL, Shirley Cruse (Danny) of Richmond, KY, Gail Price of Richmond, KY, Judy Bowling (MinYoung) of Berea, KY, Buster Cruse (Lisa) of Berea, KY, Sissy Ogden (Eric) of Berea, KY, Lorretta Cruse (Alan) of Paint Lick, KY, Jeff Cruse (Kathy) of Richmond, KY, Chris Cruse (Heather) of Richmond, KY and Jennifer Cruse of Berea, KY; his grandsons, Craig Faulkner, Shawn Cruse, Shane Benton, Shannon Devere, Bryce Luther Seals, Justin Cruse, Josey Cruse, Jordan Cruse, Corey Cruse and Logan Cruse; and his great grandchildren, Austin Benton, Andrew Devere and Matthew Devere. He is also survived by two grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
