She is survived by: her children, Tamara Plunkett (Kevin), Tara Addis (Craig), Tana English (Roger) of Lexington and Byron Boothe (Kathy); her sister Anne Moore; and her grandchildren, Jay Wilson (Kathy), Amy Marshall (Kendall Cosby), Eric Wilson, Caitlin Plunkett, Casey Alford (Charles), Dustin Addis (Brittany), David English (Amy), Logan English (Hannah), Garrett English, Abbey English, Kelley Griggs (Corey), Mary Boothe and Walker Boothe. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
