She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bowen and Ellen Abney Bowen; and her husband Charles Towery. She is survived by: her children, Chuck Towery of Berea and Michelle Kates (Wayne) of Berea; her grandchildren, Payton Towery and Parker Towery; her siblings, Johnnie Bowen (Nancy), Ronnie Bowen (Betty), Ray Dean Bowen (Della), Bonnie Wade (Johnny), Connie Reid and Nancy Lewis (Eric); and her pet Toby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
