She was predeceased by: her parents, John Weiner and Ruby Wurth Weiner; and her siblings, Barry Weiner, B. C. Weiner and Debi Weiner.
She is survived by: her children, Jerrald Walter Bates II (Jennifer) of Louisville and Katherine Helton (Jeffrey Edwards) of Richmond; and her siblings, Danny Weiner (Mary) and Christy Kirchoff (Brian). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
