She was predeceased by: her parent Leslie Thomas Hurrigan; and her grandparents, Emma Louise Rothwell and George Henry Rothwell. She is survived by: her mother Mary Meashell Rothwell of Richmond, KY; her daughter Chanelle Louise Trusty of Lexington, KY; her sisters, Elizabeth Deshah of Richmond, KY and Tamara Leigh Rothwell of Berea, KY; her aunts and uncles, Cordelia Francine Rothwell, Ada Elizabeth Rothwell of Richmond, KY, Michael D. Walker of Richmond, KY, William E. Rothwell (Linda) of Lexington, KY and George T. Rothwell (Debra) of Richmond, KY; and her sister Lucille. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
