He was predeceased by: his father Ira Larkin Withers; and his brothers, Donald Withers and Ike Withers. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Ann Meadows (Jeremy Daniel) and Debra Lynn Withers; his siblings, Hobert Withers, Mark Withers and Lessie VanHook; and his granddaughter Faith Ann Meadows.
