He is survived by: his wife Peggy Shrout Kelley of Richmond, KY; his daughter Krista Kelley Isaacs (Charles Isaacs) of Richmond, KY; and his sister Kathy Kelley (Jimmy Dale) of Carlisle, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
