He is survived by: his daughter Rachael Sallee Premo; his grandchildren, Austin Premo, Erin Stiles-Williams (Juan), Jake Premo and Alison Stiles; his siblings, Charles Eldin Sallee (Diane) of Richmond, Bawanna Sallee of Lexington and Benita Garfias of Lexington; and his sister-in-law Laura Sallee of Berea.
