He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye Clay Rhodus; his children, Tina Marie Parks, James Mason Rhodus (Jeffery Hale) and Tonya Lynn Walters (Tony); his siblings, Garry Rhodus, Linda Calico (Ray) and Brenda Legear (Burton); and his grandchildren, Robert Justin Parks, Clinton Tyler Parks (Catlin), Morgan Rae Parks, Larry Dale Walters, Lauren Paige Trone (Codie), McKenzie Marie Walters, Codie Barnes, Weston Parks, Holden Parks, Gavin Parks and Emma Trone. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
