He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Darrell and Joan Caudill of Richmond, Kentucky.; his children, James Darrell Caudill III (Samantha Yancey) of Richmond Kentucky and Kaci Lynn Caudill (Nick Frankenberg) of Louisville Kentucky; his brothers, James Alan Caudill (Sally) and Jeffrey Scott Caudill (Julie); his friend Kevin; and his brother James Darrell Caudill.
