Ballard of Richmond, KY and Randall "Tony" Ballard (Shelia) of Lexington, KY; his brother-in-law James Hocker; and his nieces and nephews, Valerie Floyd (Frank) of Richmond, KY, Donna Jenkins (Darrell) of Richmond, KY, Regina Simpson of Richmond, KY, Anita Ballard of Phoenix, AZ., Otis Ballard (Cynthia) of Richmond, KY, Anthony Ballard (Donna) of Richmond, KY, Harry Ballard of Richmond, KY and Anthony Sweat (Lisa) of Atlanta, Georgia.. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, and friends.
