She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Scott; and her siblings, Frankie Johns, Bill Scott, Ruth Klatte and Elmer Scott.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Debbie Frazier (David) of Richmond and Jim Fleenor II (Annette) of Weaverville, NC; her grandchildren, James Fleenor III, Travis Frazier, Jessica Forsyth, Jordan Frazier, Jackie Horne (Brett) and Tyler Frazier (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Alexis Forsyth, Clayton Forsyth and Audrey Horne; her namesake Katie Frazier; and her siblings, Kenneth Scott (Sandy), Lorraine Scott and Wanda Scott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
