She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Robinson and Martha Jane Maynard Bailey; and her brother David Lee Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Winkler (Neal) of Richmond, Billie Mosier (Matthew) of Johnson City, Tennessee and Maynard Lee Bailey; her siblings, Herbert Bailey (Jeanna), Jeff Bailey (Ginger) and Kimberly Bailey; and her grandchildren, Billy Joe Mosier (Amber), Kaitlynn Hicks, Brookee Hicks (Matthew) and Alan Mosier. She is also survived by eight step-grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
