Justin left this world on November 10, 2024 at the age of 27, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Judy Ann Sutton and James Lynch of Middlesboro; and his brother Gabriel Waugh. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Jack Waugh and Salena Sue Waugh (Lynch) of Richmond; his grandparents, Donald Jack Waugh and Connie Jill Waugh of Richmond; his sisters, Hannah Michelle Leabo (John Charles Leabo) of Lexington and Alena Grace Waugh of Richmond; his cousin Spartanburg; and his friends, Dakota Fish, Emily Fish, Mason Fish, Justin Eades, Nick Barron, Trey Byers and Nash Courtwright. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475).
