With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julian Foster Welch of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on January 25, 2022 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Greyson Welch; and his grandfathers, Julian Welch and Melvin Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Harlynn; his mother Kathleen Vanderpool Pickett (Harck); his fiancé Jordan Davis; his father Timothy "Tim" Welch (Masa); and his grandparents, Rayne, Lucy, Desi Welch, Diana Smith, Susan Welch, Heike and Irwin Pickett. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
